Now I know that you all believe me to be a technical and indeed handsome God, but to let you down gently, I am afraid I am not (well the handsome bit is true). I hope I have managed to cover any problems when setting up this forum, but if you find anything doesn't work as it should can you please post it on the Forum so I can investigate?

I am getting an error message whenever I post a reply. Is anyone else experiencing this?

No but I keep getting 'page not found' when I try to reply. The reply still appears on the site though.

its not just you, i have this problem too. but then this computer is quite rubbish. filled with so much junk im not even sure that it knows its supposed to be a computer. 
anyhow, i get this 'page cannot be displayed' rubbish but when i back-track to the page anyway my reply is there.
also ive checked the box that asks if i want email replies for poasts and i have yet to recieve any.
apart from that, a great site you have set up here JKN. congrats yet again.

wait a moment in poasting that i didnt get the 'page cannot be displayed' thingy. maybe its all been sorted now.

Not sure if this is the place but here goes , followed the help guidlines but cant figure out how to upload pics into messages as per your post in My New Toy. No idear how to set up my own public access site, have I therefore answered my own question that without that level of knowledge I should give up, or is there a simple way i.e. press button 2 whilst doing a 1 armed press-up and holding the alt button with your nose?
Apologies in advance Sir for probably wasting more of your time.

When you post on the forum there is a button (2nd from the right) that allows you to choose an image to include. In order for everyone to see the image it needs to be hosted either in your own webspace or by using an image vault similar to JKN Richard's (B) on a previous post. You would then just type in the URL for the image and hey presto!!
