Juniors aged 5 to 14 from 6.30 to 7.30pm

Adults from 7.30 to 9.00pm.

Wednesdays at Loddon Junior School in Kittens Lane. NR14 6JX

Junior beginners aged 6 to 14 from 6pm to 7pm.

Juniors from red belt up from 7pm to 8pm.

Adults from 8pm to 9pm.
